Due to the personalization of the product, there are no refunds once proofs have been designed and shipped.  We do provide unlimited amounts of proofing so we will keep creating and designing till you tell us they are perfect and ready for printing.  This insures no mistakes!

You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout!  We insure up to $100 on any package.  Any additional insurance that is required needs to be added on.
